HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We have recently added a printing head quarters in the United Kingdom. All products ordered from the "Mosh-Life" collection will ship from both the United Kingdom and United States respectively, so those orders will ship within two business days of your order, though most orders will commonly ship out the same day or next business day. Orders placed from the "Classic" collection along with "hats" still ship from the United States. We are working to rectify this situation and should have them shipping in each country respectively in the coming weeks to speed up the process and avoid all VAT charges tacked on through international shipping outlets.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. Exchanges will be allowed for sizing issues. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with size exchanges. Returns/exchanges will be accepted for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items, the issue must be reported within 14 days of receiving shipment. All return/exchange incidents will be reported and facilitated through our "Contact Page."
WHY WAS I CHARGED A SURCHARGE?
A surcharge will be added to each item purchased for shipping and handling fees. Surcharge rates on items shipping internationally from the United States will be slightly more expensive.
